About Us
Founded in 2007 by former Chief of Police Clarence Bell, Bell Security Systems provides a
wide range of services to its clientele.  Services include:

  • Patrols
  • Guards (armed and unarmed)
  • Process Servers
  • Private Investigations
We can serve residential, commercial and industrial sites throughout Maryland, Delaware 
and Virginia.

Mr. Bell brings to the table 26 years of experience in a wide range of law enforcement and
security disciplines.  Mr. Bell served as an Officer with the Town of Crisfield and eventually
became its Chief of Police.  He also served as Chief of Police within the University of
Maryland College System.  His training as an Officer and his leadership as a Chief of 
Police provide a wealth of knowledge to his officers and to his clientele. Mr. Bell looks 
forward to assessing your needs, then tailoring a security plan unique to your situation. Our 
goal is to protect and serve with integrity and quality.
